We're a self-respecting company. Our customer is a top priority.
We will take any criticism, expressed in whatever form you can come up with. This is the
level of our service. We will work with you on any issue to finally get it right.


Currently we accept Credit Card, Bank transfers or Western Union. In Russia we also accept Yandex.Money. Unfortunately, we can't handle the PayPal's 180 days return period at the moment.


We will ship worldwide, to any place on the planet Earth Russian Postal Service can reach. However, some regions may require additional fees.
We take responsibility for damage during shipping an item to you. If your product comes damaged
or gets lost, we will repair it, replace it or offer a refund.


We have 10 days refund policy. Shipping costs and comissions are unfortunately not returned. If for any reason you're not happy with our product, you can return it and receive a refund. In that case, you should ship it back within this period and send us a notice and include the invoice.
Funds will be returned after we receive the item and check it.
Additional restocking fee can be applied if a customer returns an item in non-original condition, but we will try to treat a customer as fair as possible. Products returmed in non-original condition will later be sold at a discount at our own facility.
Shipping an item back to us and any possible associated risks are unfortunately a customer's responsibility.


Any product is warranted from any operational defects for a 90 days period starting upon receipt. All parts of your amp except tubes, but including transformers are covered by this warranty. In case we figure out misuse or intentional damage, we reserve the right to reject any warranty claims.
Tubes are covered by a shorter 30 days warranty.
Subjective changes do not quality for a warranty case, as the tone can naturally change with time.
At the moment we can't provide a longer warranty because we are just starting up.
Shipping a defective unit to us and any possible associated risks are unfortunately a customer's resposibility.
Modified items do not quality for a warranty case.
When purchasing from our dealer you have to fill in the warranty form that will be sent to us by a dealer, otherwise if your original recepit gets lost you will not be able to apply for a warranty repair. When purchased directly from us, we can restore the date of purchase from our database.
The warranty is transferable.


It is always considered right to contact us whenever something goes wrong with your Morning Blessing product, asking if we are willing to repair it free of charge. In some cases, we will be glad to do it even after the warranty period. We're not jerks. We do stand behind our product. It's just that we would simply do our job as long as we can, rather than claim and/or advertise false or incomplete obligations.


You're looking at our very first steps in the business. So all the Payment, Returns and Warranty policies are a temporary step only. As we grow up as a company, taking more risks and longer refund and warranty periods, will become possible for us. If these policies are what stops you from ordering from us right now, please understand there could be the future.
